Return Policy: All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused. To get a return authorization, please follow these steps:
- Download the claim form here and print it.
- Fill out the claim form.
- Fax it to 503-280-8107. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE CLAIMS, PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM AND FAX IT. You will receive a confirmation along with your authorization. A representative may contact you to discuss settlement options.
- After you receive the return authorization, ship the merchandise to:

If arrangements were made for a call tag, wait for a carrier to pick up the merchandise. The merchandise MUST be packed in the original packaging and be well protected in order not to cause further damage. Remember we can only claim those damages that are caused the carrier, and not by poor packaging.
Failure to follow these directions may result in a partial or no credit.
Any item returned for reasons other than damages will be charged 20%
restocking fee. Any item below $20 will NOT receive a replacement: CREDIT ONLY.
Cancellations: We automatically ship backorders when ready. If you do not want any backorders please inform us ASAP. All cancellations must be done one week prior to ship date. Once an order is shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be charged if refused.
Shipping Policies: We ship most of our orders within 3 days, however we DO NOT guarantee neither delivery nor shipping times. Rush delivery or special arrival date may be arranged upon request at an extra cost.
